"The front desk check in was so nice. Alisa was amazing and super helpful with recommendations and a kind disposition. The hotel itself was cool and the room was neat. Everything was a hit!"

"Nearly everything about my stay was wonderful. From check-in to checkout, the people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was attempting to get a coffee at the coffee bar took entirely too long (over 30 minutes). Two people working for the amount of customers on a Saturday morning is unacceptable (and one of them was so slow). Meanwhile, multiple dining room workers stood around right by the coffee bar."

"I was disappointed in this property. The pool was dirty and cloudy, breakfast was messy/dirty at 8am and the options were minimal. The convention center attached is nice and the room was fine. I expect more from Hyatt though. "

"Budget hotels rarely surprise me (in a good way) since there are some things that detract from it that are not evident in the descriptions online. This time the room was clean, premises was well kept up, service and staff were excellent and they also had a good hot breakfast considering it was complimentary. I was passing through and this was a quick stop off the highway but far enough away that you don’t hear the traffic. "
