"I was disappointed in this property. The pool was dirty and cloudy, breakfast was messy/dirty at 8am and the options were minimal. The convention center attached is nice and the room was fine. I expect more from Hyatt though. "

"We had a great stay, breakfast was good, coffee and soda offered throughout the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and look for other locations when traveling."

"Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, room was very nice. Only problem with room was the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing so we had no where to hang our towels after showering. I did report it to the front desk the next day and again when checking out so the next guest wouldn't be suprised."
