"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"Nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There was only 1 elevator working; so longer wait times. Roof top bar was very nice. Loved the atmosphere and views, but service was very slow."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay."

"This hotel is the perfect location when going to a Reds game. It was a beautiful walk across the bridge. We had king rooms with a city view and they were nice large rooms with an amazing view of Cincinnati. We loved it and with certainly be back."

"We were directed to valet park when arriving this was not mentioned when booking the hotel room only that parking was available not that it was valet only. Anyway, a very expensive pair of sunglasses were stolen from our car. We have reached out to the hotel but at this point it does not seem to be encouraging that they are going to do anything about it which is extremely disappointing seeing how it was over 300.00 for a 1-night stay."

"Great stay. Matt was responsive and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The room is walking distance to a ton of things in the downtown area which makes it easy to enjoy the city without the troubles of needing a car."

"I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool.."

"To start, we have stayed at many Hampton Inn Hotels. Don't stay at this one! The hallways felt like they were 80 degrees. We saw a housekeeper who we thought was going to pass out from the heat. Our room ended up being cool enough for us, but other guests were experiencing major issues with the A/C. Our room did not have a refrigerator, a microwave or a safe. These are basic items that any hotel room should have. The ice maker on our floor was broken for the entirety of our stay (July 3-5, 2026)...
