This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us.
The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make or keep it cold.
The last thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was one manager, Laurie I think, that was very present. When she was not there, we could not find anyone at the front desk. They would be in the back and not checking for any patrons for up to 10 minutes, maybe more if we were more patient. We had to yell in the back and when they appeared, they seemed annoyed that we called on them. There was no bell or any alarm that went off when entering.
Overall, we would stay again but there could have been some easy fixes to make our stay more enjoyable.
