"Great stay"

"Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly"

"The location was very close to Kings Island. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection. The staff was helpful. We had to have our room moved twice upon check in due to dirty conditions of the rooms given to us, which was disappointing. The staff was accommodating, but we will likely not stay again."

"Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty."

"Pool was nice...the first front desk person was nice when checking in but after that staff was kinda rude... breakfast wasn't great then have someone watching you eat and can't eat in room was very uncomfortable...would not take there again...but it was close to king Island"

"I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well...

"I’ll stay at this hotel everytime I go to that area! Everything was super clean, the breakfast was amazing, the kick back for dinner was awesome and came with 3 drinks as well! The pool and hot tub were great and the staff were all so polite and friendly!! We needed to upgrade our room because we had extra people come with us and they upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge! If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!"

"The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!"

"Had to wait at front desk to check in for 20 minutes. Clerk was out walking around. Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here."

"This was my third stay at this property. I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough."

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that."

"The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price."
