"This is the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are very comfortable. There are big cozy couches and cool smart toilets. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, plentiful spices and even some cold beverages. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. " It’s just a few blocks from the University of Alaska Southeast, which is worth touring. There’s even a bus that will take you downtown with a stop a few hundred feet away. Be aware that it’s on the third floor. So you have to haul your stuff up stairs. The overlooks Aike Bay harbor."

"The place is clean and in a very convenient location. Everything within walking distance. The views from the room is awesome where you can see the mountains and the cruise ships come and go. The property owners are very attentive from the day we arrived and responded to any inquiries we had."

"We really enjoyed this quiet green oasis in Mendenhall Valley. Our favorite part was being right next to the Brotherhood Bridge Trail -- you really do walk right over that tiny bridge in the picture, and are right on the trails. Our toddler loved exploring tiny paths through the woods, as well as the very quiet neighborhood playground that was only a minute's walk through the trees. We loved enjoying our coffee on the porch. "We were attending a family event in Ketchikan in April. This property is about 5 miles north of town. It's a small apartment on the parking lot side and lower level of the owner's home. The apartment is relatively new, with a full size oven and stove, plenty of kitchen items such as pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, various utensils and basics such as spices and condiments.
