"Got charged an extra almost $300 at check in because of an accidental mismatch of the Expedia quote we head and the hotels nightly prices. When we brought this up to the staff, they were so helpful and immediately changed our package to match the Expedia one we were shown online! Can’t remember the front desk ladies name, but she was incredibly helpful! Will say that she was SLAMMED and we had to wait about 15 minutes in line to check in, so maybe they need to have more people working front...

"Amazing hotel. 2 years new and just a perfect experience. Staff is top notch and everything is highest of quality. Definitely check out the restaurant for breakfast (or lunch-dinner). All farm to table and so fresh. We loved it and will make it our Denver location when in town. "
