"Location, location, location. We were looking to be at Bondi Beach and these apartments delivered. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Within a 5 min walk were transportation, restaurants, shopping and trailheads.Roll out of bed cross the street and youre on iconic Bondi Beach"

"Overall a very good property in a nice neighbourhood. The noise level at the surf apartment on the second floor esp in the bedroom closer to the street is higher than the other area. Communication with the host is unfulfilling as they have no WhatsApp. Given travellers like us may not have local numbers to make call and emailing may not be as real time, I strongly suggest the host to consider setting up WhatsApp or other instant messaging channel for easy communications. "

"We had a great 4 night stay in this lovely apartment. Dom was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The location was superb for our visit with local shops, cafes and beach a short stroll away. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Malabar whenever that may be!"

"My family of 4 enjoyed the great location of this flat: walk to the beach, the shops and easy bus connections nearby. Apartment was clean with everything we needed for our stay. The views of the sea from the balcony were a bonus!"

"The property was very clean on arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and have all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. That said, although there was dining chairs in the lounge, there wasn’t soft furnishing like a sofa/settee to relax on at the end of the day to watch the tv. It was ok for me, but uncomfortable for my friend. The room would also benefit from a plant or two as it felt too open.We felt we couldn’t ask for the soft furnishing, as it...

"My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!"
