"Everything about the place was great. Pool was amazing, kitchen congregation worked for the 11 of us. The place needs a little more care with a little house maintenance and yard maintenance. That did not interrupt anything on our stay but we wondered how beautiful it must have been back in the day. Just letting anyone know that there are a lot of stairs, for anyone elder. All in all, it met our needs and we had a great time! Also very nice big yard for playing outdoor games!"

"Its a small but comfy house. Clean and well kept. It had what we needed. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need but bring all spices, sugars and condiments. The best part is you walk out the back door and 20 feet away is the beach. Easy to get to, no stones, all sand. "We had a wonderful week. Our two kids bowled everyday all week and this was the perfect spot to take naps and sleep. We wished we would have had time to enjoy the community pool down thevtoad but we fullybenjoyed an afternoon at bay beach, picking cherries in Door cpunty and of course loads of bowling andceven ended up staying an extra nightvso kids could run in packer 5K. "The house was just what we wanted. The view over the lake was gorgeous, the private beach was a huge perk, the location was great. Our kids loved the garage full of water toys and bikes. Definitely recommend. "

"Communication with the host was great from the start! Everything pictured is accurate. The pictures did not do the view justice. Location was perfect to enjoy Greenbay! For prospective families: Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife and bay from the back porch! The park is right across the street! Yard is perfect for whatever yard games you can bring! Bring a basketball because you can see the basketball court from the front porch. "

"Great, cozy and clean home and plenty of space. The area was safe and friendly-my kids made friends with a few neighborhood kids during our stay and they wanted us to move in!The home was well supplied with the essentials. We bought our own spices for cooking as the spices that were in the kitchen were expired. We wished they would've had a dishwasher but not a deal breaker. The owner messaged about fixing a coffee table that was wobbly and asked if their maintenence guy could come by and fix...

"We had a nice family vacation here. We enjoyed the kayaks and peaceful time near the water. The kids had fun playing. The house was comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with cookware. We enjoyed watching the pelicans swim by, too. We appreciated the many little touches that made the place so comfortable. Would recommend!"

"First time for us ever renting a house. We came out to Green Bay to visit our son (as he was doing an intern position for the summer in Green Bay) and some friends came with us. This house was perfect. The house is more spacious than the pictures. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We booked this house for a group of 14 adults ranging in age from 21 - 57. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Tyler was very good at checking in before, during and after our stay. He was also quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again."
