"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"The hotel was wonderful. Our room was facing Fremont street which we were not aware the music would be heard all night. So if you are a light sleeper request the other side. "We stayed in the King Suite - a nice accommodation when staying for over 3 nights. It kept our little family comfortable during our stay - there is a kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove/oven and microwave which helped keep costs down food wise! "Tv never worked amd neither did the coffee maker. Paid about 6 dollars for a coffee, luckily McDonald's was close by. Bathtub would of been great , once it was filled it had a ton of hair floating at the top. Then some sort of film was out iver the window during our second night so we couldnt even see the nice view. Parking was fairly easy if you get there early enough. "

"The room was clean, which we appreciated. However, we did have some issues with the lighting, and the TV didn’t work on the first night. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was not great. They often seemed to be in a bad mood and were not very welcoming. When we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants or places to visit, they were not helpful and came across as rude and somewhat condescending. I believe front desk staff should be friendly and able to guide guests...
