"Overall trip was good furnishings could be updated. Only problem we had was no hot water a few of the days. One day it was cold in the afternoon but then in the morning we got hot water back and then no hot water for the next day and a half. "

"Stafff was great. Campground was ok but turned into a party zone at night. Music screaming yelling slamming doors constantly. I ppacked up and left for a hotel at 1 am. Party on both ends was going strong. "

"We had a very nice stay at the property in Utica. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.Highly recommended.Convieniently located near state parks. "

Townhome was rustic cute and fine for a night but with many small issues that added up.No screens on most windows or sliding doors & dining ceiling fan didn't work so we couldn't air the slight stink out. Main level window is missing its lock. Couch is extremely uncomfortable with springs pushing up each cushion. King bed sheets had several stains, I hope they weren't actually dirty but there were dirty footprints on lower bathroom floor so cleanliness was...

"Very conveniently located to all amenities, we were hoping for! So clean and had everything we needed! Contact with the host was excellent. Neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of wildlife."

"We had an amazing stay! The property was extremely clean, easy to locate & had plenty of great amenities. One of our favorite things to use was the arcade machine! The jacuzzi tub & fireplaces were also amazing. We picked this property since it was so close to Starved Rock State Park! The property has a fun outdoor vibe to it & we loved every second of it. 10/10 would stay again! "

"Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in backyard for my dog. Owner is very responsive and helpful with information about the area and home is with 20 minutes of three stare parks."

"The property was "as advertised" but really the beauty of this space couldn't be captured by the photos. It had modern amenities but felt like you were stepping into the past at the same time. The covered but open porch overlooking the Illinois River was also more stunning than the photos could reflect.
