"The home is in a very nice neighborhood close to both the airport and The Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center. We had a small mixup when we arrived at the home related to the rental’s actual location but, everything was straighten out very quickly. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The apartment was exactly as advertised and there were plenty of supplies and toiletries available to us. "We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house which was perfect for our 22 member family- 12 kids and 10 adults. Few things happened but the prompt reply and ability to fix it quickly was nice. We had the best time. The kids all played games in the basement which they loved. They also had fun time watching movies at night! So much to do at the house. It was very welcoming and organized. Thanks for having us!!"

"An absolutely wonderful....comfortable...beautiful home! 7 of us retired sisters, brothers & spouses thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate & very inviting retreat. Centrally located in a safe & quiet neighborhood...so near restaurants & shopping. DeAnn was spot-on in responding to any questions or issues we had. This home & its' owner will not disappoint!!"

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the abundance of space—plenty of room for kids and adults to relax, spread out, and enjoy themselves without ever feeling cramped. "Check in was great with a key access pad on the front door. The house was perfect for our family with the three stories and a great backyard to enjoy. "We were a little confused at first as far as where our entrance was (finished walk-out basement). We also weren't sure how to lock the door but we figured it out. Other similiar locations leave a letter of some sort telling us how to leave the property--strip the beds? Pile up the towels? Run the dishwasher? Where to take the trash? So we stripped the beds, put the towels in a pile near the laundry area. The trash was all bundled up in the kitchen but we didn't take it out because we didn't know...

"I booked the reservation. Had no response from host. I finally contacted him day of check in. He replied that I had cancelled and he already had another reservation. Informed him I never cancelled and even had a reservation confirmation #. I contacted Vrbo, they called him. He told them he didn’t own the home anymore. So he gave 2 different stories. So I had to book a new reservation at a motel instead. "
