"Management and staff were great! Really made us feel welcome. Particularly, Margot (Assistant Mngr). It was a peaceful, restful stay. It was nice to disconnect from our busy life for a couple of days. So much more enjoyable than if we would have stayed in a hotel as we were able to enjoy the outdoors with comfort."

"This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . "We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."

"Stayed here with my husband, our three kids and their friends. Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock. Within 30 minutes they had hooked 2 fish. The house is very confortable and spaciois. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for sharing."

"The property had a casual laid-back feel. Open area which was good for conversation. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. A little better job could’ve been done when cleaning the cabinet doors, the over the range hood, and the dining table. Everyone loves the big comfy reading chair next to the huge picture. "Overall we had a really nice stay and enjoyed our time in Barnstead The lights were a bit tricky and would suggest updating the welcome book with clearer instructions. "

"While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more."

"Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft."

"Our stay was great. The camp was just what we needed for our trip. Spent the days racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and our nights here. Would definitely book again. "

"The house smelled horrible; it seems to have a mold problem. Couches were dirty, and the temperature was set to 50 degrees. It took the house two hours to warm up. Limited blankets; we could only find one. We walked downstairs and discovered three unmade bunk beds and a refrigerator full of food. We wondered if people were living there. The stairs only lock from the basement side and there is a door leading to the outside, so that did not feel very secure. I would not recommend this...
