"We were in town for a sporting event but wanted something by the water. The backyard and access to the lake was nice and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. It is a relaxing stay for all ages. "

"Cabin was very nice. Was not what we quite expected. One of your pictures shows cabin is right on the water. We are from Hot Springs and now live in SW Missouri. We pictured we would be able to fish off the dock. We were down for a family funeral and did not have much time but cabin was nice to come back to. Nice that our fur babies could stay with us. Pups were quiet and felt at home. Thank you for a nice stay. "

"Booking and check in was very easy for this 2 bed/1 bath condo. Perfect spot for a small family or small friend group. Gated community right on Lake Hamilton with swimming, fishing and boating. The pull out couch was easy to set up. I do recommend bringing small fans for the bedrooms because the air didn’t circulate as well as in the living area. Nonetheless, it was still very comfortable. "Perfect place for our families! The hosts were awesome! They communicated well and kept us informed of the weather. The house was perfect, we loved the open concept and all the amenities that were available! We enjoyed having the option for gas or charcoal grill for making dinner. The rooms were very spacious! We did go when there was snow on the ground, which our kids had a blast! We didn't have any pets. We enjoyed playing ping pong with everything available to do so. Snow was on the...

"My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again! "

"Nice property, plenty of parking, and clean. The home is set way back off the main channel, so you won't get any wake while your boat is docked."

"This property was great. We had a great time, the neighbors are welcoming and very nice. There is a dog that wonders the neighborhood but she is very friendly and is taken care of but all the neighbors. My family enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Old Bear Creek. The home was clean and so much room. We enjoyed having multiple tables .. we played many games of dominos and other games. The pool was wonderful! Then at night we hung out on the patio and watched the Perseid meteor showers! We hope to return next year!"

"This little house was absolutely perfect for our trip. The swimming off of the dock was a favorite with the kids I'm so glad I went with the host's suggestion to have Rocky's pizza because it was the best. Definitely don't have pizza like that in Oklahoma City. The place has to have great insulation because there was one day that we didn't even turn the air conditioners on and the highs were in the '90s. If we come back to Hot Springs we will be staying here again. "

"Great Location, is clean, and the host is quick to reply. We loved visiting Hot Springs. The location was a perfect balance away from the downtown area. We liked that and enjoyed the sunset off the balcony. The condo is on parking level so no stairs to go down or up to get to it, which was great. We will stay again if we make it back to Hot Springs. "

"Nice having river outside back door. Quiet, modern.Hit two issues. Someone was parked in our assigned spot first night. No hairdryer. I'd asked for call back on first night and still waiting for call."

"The property was easy to access and clean. However, very small. The bunk beds are located in the livingroom. The bar is down a very steep hill, floor covered in moss, pool table is minature size. The location is not condusive to dock swimming as it's a back cove and very dirty. The boat is worn quite a bit with tears in the seats, the guages didn't work and neither did the prop trim. In the house, the AC didn't work upon arival and the men had to do something to the breakers to get it to work....
