"This was just an average room in an expensive area. For the price you pay, you'd expect free car parking and breakfast, but no. They cater to people going to the Sonoma Racetrack, as RV's and trucks get free parking. The room was almost motel 6 quality. No slow close toilet lid, cracks in 5 of the tiles above the bathtub sealed with silicone and food particles between the wall and the nightstand. The "sofa sleeper"? That's a joke."

Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "

The room was vacuumed but it did have nasty old carpet even though pictures showed linoleum floors and that was one of the reasons I booked it due to allergies. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone."

We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. The staff is welcoming and there are so many extra special touches like, kits for making smores, games, chocolate dipped strawberries in the room with personalized handwritten note, bathrobes, charging spots and water kettle. My room was fumigated without prior notice so when I came back that Night my Door was slightly open, needless to say I was surprised and escarde to find my Door unlock.
