The neighborhood was an unexpected gem, filled with luxury homes and serene surroundings. "The house was very nice. It worked out for our group who was in town for a sports tournament, and it was great for our dog with a large, fully fenced yard. The neighborhood is very nice to walk through and there is a great bakery about two blocks away that we walked to every morning. The only drawback there was that there tends to be a fair amount of loud traffic, IE big diesel pickups so if you are a very light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs. But it was definitely not an all night long...

This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. "The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. "Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. "

"The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home, well kept. We enjoyed the pool it was very relaxing. There were also a ton of toys that my kids really enjoyed playing with. Tons of space for the kiddos to play. Loved the coffee table books on the architect. "
