"We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! "Our family looks forward every year to go to our home state of California. Our stay in Chico near Bidwell felt like home! House was welcoming, clean and well decorated for Cali friends. Backyard is best feature along with great garden. Kids were happy and cooking was great. "

"I want to preface this review by saying we are normally very understanding, but this was a terrible stay. The moment we arrived, you could tell he house wasn’t cared for because the lawn was completely overgrown. Once inside, we realized just how poorly managed the place is. "The property location, on the creek was absolutely lovely. We were there in May, everything was green and lush. The creek was full and rushing. When the sun shown on the canyon wall it was beautiful.The home was well appointed and comfortable. It wes a little more warn than the photos suggest but still very nice. "Very attentive hosts, comfortable stay. This home has two very comfortable king beds, and all the basics you need. The air conditioning and pool were just perfect for our arrival in the heat of August. The location was convenient, with a grocery store within a mile, and we walked to a couple restaurants and drug store. Also across the street was access to a park with walking trail. "
