In Stintino Villa Regina is able to accommodate 8 people with a spectacular sea view, veranda, swimming pool and garden.

Villa Regina is a large and bright villa, with large garden and private swimming pool with spectacular sea views and air conditioning.

The residential complex of this villa is called Punta su Torrioni and is located on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Pelosa beach, and is surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Mediterranean.

The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green of the trees and the turquoise of the sea, makes it unique in its kind.

The villa is characterized by large spaces, both internal and external and by the large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the sea.

The villa is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) 3 bedrooms with air conditioning.

The large living room characterized by large windows leads to the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continues towards the swimming pool.

The lounge nestled in the lush garden is perfect for al fresco dining with an extraordinary view.

For our guests we have 2 private parking spaces available.

In the prestigious context of the Country Paradise of Stintino, Villa Regina is a wonderful villa of 120 square meters, with a covered veranda overlooking the sea, a garden furnished with outdoor furniture, a private swimming pool (8x4 meters deep 1,40m) close to all services.

In the immediate vicinity of Stintino just 12 minutes from the village in Country Paradise, the villa is located on a panoramic promontory with a wonderful view of the sea.

From the house within 3-4 kilometers you can reach many coves of incomparable beauty.

Close to the villa, inside the Residence Country Paradise, about 200 meters away, there is a supermarket, a shopping center, 2 pizzerias, a restaurant, a medical service, a swimming pool with entertainment, baby parking, a golf course and helicopter service.

Near the villa there is a shuttle bus service that leads in a continuous cycle to the Pelosa beach, the Saline beach and the town of Stintino.

The public city bus service is available from 7:00 am to midnight from June to October.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room. If desired, we can add an extra bed in the room for a child.

The villa is located on the north west coast, a quiet and safe area, with its breathtaking views, a wild and unspoiled nature, a true paradise for sea lovers, in contact with an environment that is still pure and unaltered.

The rugged coast of the Stintino peninsula is full of coves with an alternation of coves on one side and beaches on the other side, the former are still unspoiled and of incomparable beauty.

The accommodation is perfect for young people, large families with children and the elderly.

The villa consists of two floors, divided into living and sleeping areas, a large living room with windows facing the sea and the swimming pool with living room, large kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower over the bath).

The house was clean and the location was nice. However the quality of the house was rather low compared to the price we had to pay. The matrasses of the beds were uncomfortable, all electric machines were outdated and need replacement. One airco was not functioning, the weels of the dish washer trays were missing, the electricity points were unstable. This all is not in line with the price you pay.

Mooie rustige locatie, afgeleefd huis met veel mieren

Heel veel zaken die stuk waren, en heel veel mieren. Kapot : verschillende stekkers elektriciteit los of werkte niet, afwasmachine valt deur hard naar beneden, wasmachine was kapot is wel hersteld na 2 dagen (zijn naar wassalon moeten gaan), trap van het zwembad staat heel los(gevaarlijk), gasvuur werken maar 3 vuurtjes, airco op de kleinste kamer werkt niet, ventilator in badkamer maakt veel lawaai, verlichting werkt niet overal of ze gaat constant uit en aan, stroomuitval bij gebruik van 2 aircos en wasmachine. Vuile kussens in het buitenmeubilair en slechte ligstoelen (4 stuks?) Overal mieren : in keuken, in slaapkamers en badkamer overal zaten ze een echte plaag !

Maison agréable mais attention pas de vue

De manière générale la maison est agréable avec ses différents espaces. Mais je m’attendais à avoir une vue comme sur une des photos qui est présentée mais il n’y en pas du temps - j’ai trouvé cela assez malhonnête de mettre cette photo alors qu’elle ne correspond pas à cette maison. Il y avait également beaucoup de toiles d’araignées un peu partout dans la maison. Attention c’est une zone “pavillonnaire” également, il peut y avoir des voisins très bruyant. La personne qui fait le check-in et out a été par contre très à l’écoute et toujours réactive c’était très agréable.

Gut gelegen, grosszügig, schön

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus (Einkaufen, Meer, Restaurants). Schönes Haus mit grossem Garten und recht grossem Pool. Die Zimmer haben Klima, was sehr hilfreich ist. Die Betreuerin (Melissa) ist grossartig! Sehr hilfsbereit, sofort zur Stelle, Probleme sofort gelöst. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, waren die Ameisen. Offensichtlich haben sie sich im Corona Jahr im Dach eingenistet und sind dann überall im Haus herumgekrochen. Zwar wurde probiert, das Problem vor und während unserem Aufenthalt zu lösen, aber es war trotzdem ein Ameisenverkehr. Jeden Abend und jeden Morgen hatten wir Tote und lebendige Ameisen auf den Betten und im Badezimmer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut, aber ich würde vorab abklären, ob das Problem mit den Ameisen gelöst wurde. Trotzdem 5 Sterne!

Perfect villa for a relaxed family holiday

This lovely villa where the stunning views take one's breath away, is absolutely ideal for having a relaxed holiday with family and friends. Very quiet but within easy reach of everything one needs on a summer holiday. The owners Francesca and Giuseppa could not be more charming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back.

Hello now that we are back from Stintino!! A breif note to thank you for arranging this wonderful Villa. You are correct about the garden. It is magical with a fantastic sea view. Excellent holiday home for a lazy and active holiday in Sardinia

We enjoyed this beautiful holiday home in Stintino very much. F and G. are great hosts. The garden and pool are beautiful, have privacy and allow a lazy and relaxing holiday. The house has all facilities you may or will need. The sea view and the relaxing porch are the best place vere stay all day long, sipping a glass of wine with the sunset. We fell in love with Sardinia after visiting beautiful cities like Stintino, Castelsardo (medieval atmosphere), Alghero and Bosa and enjoying the landscape with Olive trees, Wine yards and the coastal road from Alghero to Bosa. But don't forget to visit the great sandy beaches of Valledoria. The beaches of Stintino (Pelosa and Saline) are the best beaches that I saw in all my life! We sure will go back to this beautiful holiday home.

Wonderful week holiday

We have just spent a fantastic week in this ideally located and superbly equipped villa. Great pool with outdoor seating and ample relaxation areas. Enough distance from neighbours to ensure peace and quiet. Perfect for family holidays or small groups. It felt like home from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Very clean and all round great facilities. 5-10 min easy drive to Stintino, with recommendations of restaurants and activities from extremely helpful owner.
