"The location of this place is outstanding! Central and walking distance to everything imaginable. It’s also located in a very cute street with restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The staff is so friendly! Although it’s a virtual check in and no reception on-site, there’s a hotel across the street that can help you with anything you need. As expected with this type of hotels, there is no onsite parking, but fortunately, the parking garage is just across the street (literally 1 minute walk). Because the bar was closed on Sunday, received beverage credit on Monday breakfast for a premium order (got egg benedict). Overally, really liked the stay and would repeat. "

"The most wonderful part of staying at Hotel Goldgasse is the Manager Ulrieke. When I arrive, she greeted me by name, even if I saw her in the street she greeted me by name. She knows everything, is so helpful, I cannot say enough, good things about her. The hotel itself is charming. I had a single room and found it a little disconcerting to have a double bed with a single duvet. But that's a very small complaint. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect."

"Enjoyed my stay grounds are beautiful. I didn’t stay in the palace but in the building next store. My room was a basic single room. It was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again. The area and palace is beautiful and the breakfast in the palace was the best I have had at a hotel. Staff was nice and professional. The young lady who checked me out was especially helpful and nice. "
