"You get what you oay for with Budget. Basic but clean and well maintained. Wi-fi was good, Bed comfortable.
Cuple of negatives its little out the way prob 15 min walk to centre which could be a problem for some. Also don't waste your money on the continental breakfast £8.50 for what is very basic meal, but overall was good value."

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially welcoming at check-in and although busy, they showed us to the room.

However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel.
Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping".
