View of downtown and surrounding mountains was great. Parking extremely safe as it was secure. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, like a start of coffee, upgraded appliances, fireplace and especially view from balcony.

Communications poor

Instructions upon arrival were very poor. After check out, I realized I had left something in room, called Mountain Resorts immediately…said they’d get it, no problem room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Next day, I had to call, they said it wasn’t there…it was there but obviously communication between front desk and housekeeping was not followed thru as promised. Or, staff theft is a problem.

Perfect location

This property fit our needs perfectly. The condominium is right in the heart of town, so walking to dinner and shops was easy. The secure parking for our vehicle was very nice. The unit was clean and comfortable (although the very heavy lumpy bedspread should be swapped out for something lighter, especially during summer months). The unit is well stocked with cooking utensils, but if you plan on cooking, you’ll need to bring staples (spices & oils). Overall, we loved this property, and thank the owners for allowing us to use their lovely rental :)

Lovely visit

A very nice, upscale condo right downtown. Extremely well stocked kitchen, nice linens and deck. The only 'but' is we like to have windows open and the street facing unit is very noisy due to the traffic. We would gladly stay again in the building though not in a unit in the front!

Wonderful, place, a bit noisy with traffic on Lincoln avenue virtually all night. Big trucks gearing down, etc, I would take a device to secure the door from the inside as the maintenance men entered our room, and turned on the light while we were in the back bedroom watching tv, and didn’t hear the knocking.

Great location!

It’s a great location! So close to great restaurants and little shops. The free express bus to the mountain was super reliable. Just remember to look at the schedule. Also, take and wait for the express bus. We also rented skis at the mountain through a concierge service/company. They kept our boots (which we brought) and the skis so all we needed to bring was our helmet, etc. Only piece that could have gone better was that I didn’t receive check in instructions until 4 hours before. I travel across country so showing up unprepared wasn’t ideal. Also it was clear I had to go to a different location to get keys. This was supper inconvenient since I didn’t rent a car. Luckily I had other friends in the trip that did so they carted me around. People were super nice tho!! It’s more the process that really wasn’t great.

Fabulous location, great layout, would stay again!

Great summertime visit! Large for a one bedroom, well stocked kitchen (thanks for the coffee!), great outdoor spaces. Wished we had been able to check in/out closer to the property, but the folks were VERY nice.

Not worth the price

It was just ok, but for the money it should have been better. Unit looks a bit tired. A/C main vent was dirty. Unit had a temp dishwasher installed that leaked in the floor the first night. Traffic noise from Lincoln Ave was very loud and all night long. All and all it was nice staying downtown, but for the money the unit should have been first rate.

Great downtown Steamboat Springs property

We really enjoyed staying right in the heart of Steamboat Springs. We were walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops, which is what we wanted. We didn’t ski, but the property management company offered lift ticket discounts if you wanted. Plus, the ski area is only about a 5 minute drive away. The place was modern, the bed was comfortable, there were boardgames and movies - everything we needed. There was a bit of road noise because it’s right on Lincoln Ave, but it didn’t bother us. We would return to this unit if we do another Steamboat trip.

Beautiful spot, perfect location

The location of this condo in downtown Steamboat Springs is perfect for a ski vacation. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops, and then a quick (<10 minutes) drive to ski. Underground parking is a huge plus. Access to a ski locker at the gondola base area is also a huge plus. The condo itself is lovely and clean and a nice place to spend downtime. Would absolutely return!
