"This is a top class hotel. We did find the breakfast buffet too noisy, understandably with the volume of people, a bit hot and miss on food temperatures However there where other quite options available."

Friendly staff, and complementary coffee in the morning, which was nice because most businesses don’t open until later. We stayed for a few nights and then booked back there again because we loved it so much."

We booked a room with 4 futons (as it was the only option left) and ended up loving it - it was such a cozy, comfortable space. The staff we interacted with were all kind and helpful. It's in a great location too, minutes walk from Insadong and easy to get to public transport too. We would definitely come back!"

"The air is overall dry in the room and warm in the rest of the hotel. The rooms are small which is typical, but comfortable to stay in. The bellhop staff are very friendly and helpful with local suggestions and travel tips. "

"Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, location is walking distance to Myeongdong street, and steps away to subway and bus stations. Also same building with to Starbucks and 7-Eleven and McDonalds is just across the street. Rooms are a bit cramped though for a family of 4 but overall was a good stay. "
