"This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence."

"Communication went very well with quick responses from team! They were flexible and friendly about check-in, shared local tips and a delight to have as hosts. The hotel is in the middle of things, it is a delight to walk into the street and see the Duomo every morning, while Dell´Academia is a stones throw away.
