"There is a coziness when you walk in, and so much space. All kinds of areas to chat or get in your own space if you want cozy with a book or you want to comfort casual in the living room. The kitchen and the cookware lovely and quality. Plush bathroom towels. The décor is soft on the eye, thought put into it, not bland nothingness. The extra touches like the drapes and tablecloth lovely. The hutch a lovely surprise. Comfortable places in the home. Peaceful, quiet. Looking out to the front...

"We all loved this home so very much that we are thinking about already booking for next summer. From the perfect location, beautiful home and decor to the relaxing back patio to hang out on and wait for deer to wander up. The house was so clean with plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with any dishes we may have needed. Host was friendly and communicated so very well. Can't wait to return!! "

"I can’t say enough about this beautiful home and property. The gardens were full of beautiful flowers with hummingbirds abound. Sarah even offered us cuttings to propagate! The hot tub and vibrating chairs eased my sciatica. So many things to do in our short time there. Our host Sarah was a lovely hospitable person. We will definitely try to return some day. "

"Great location, beautiful view, clear water in lake. Wookie our 17 year old Silkie Terrier loved swimming. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. "

"This was the PERFECT house for our family to stay while we attended a family friends wedding at The Villa! Convenient location, SO clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need! We will definitely be staying again if ever in Tyler! 20/10 stars."

"The living/kitchen area was perfect for our family get-together, and the porches and patio were a nice addition as well. Beds were comfortable, but stairs to two bedrooms were difficult for some family members to navigate. It would have been good to know in advance about security gate protocol."

"The house was so nice that we almost never left it. We loved the game room also. Everything was amazing and clean. Would stay here again. The beds are very, very firm. Plan accordingly if you don't like a firm bed. "

"This home is gorgeous and very spacious. The sun room windows look out to the lake and is the best view in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. The steep hill to the lake may be difficult for some, but we had no problems. The kayaks were easily accessible. The Bald Eagles on the lake were an unexpected bonus for this property. The owners communication was excellent! We would definitely stay there again."
