"We had a great stay at the house, very cosy and secluded part of Victoria, Agnes Falls is a great go to location and is very family friendly.The house was overall clean and cosy, the TV/wifi were great!Would highly recommend"

"Every comfort is thought of and provided for. Beautiful gardens and cottage. Bull is a lovely person who can't do enough for you, we had a great time here. Only a 40 minute easy drive to the prom. Lots of other things to do nearby. Fully recommended."

"We booked the cottage as it was close to a wedding we were in town for. It was a little shabby but had everything that we needed. We were able to collect lovely fresh eggs on the first day which we cooked in the electric frying pan. The main downside is the goats which sleep directly under the bedroom. They make near constant noise throughout the night which as a light sleeper I found really challenging. Otherwise the animals are a lovely addition. Just need to move the goats to a different...

"Stayed here with my partner and our parents. The views were absolutely incredible, couldn’t ask for better. Communication was excellent and check-in and out was super easy. The room layout was a little difficult with three adult couples with two rooms accessible by the one door. Wouldn’t recommend this for those who need their privacy. The place was clean though a few hairs and bits floating about. The listing isn’t lying about the flies - they’ll try to get you! We couldn’t really sit outside...

"Stayed at Carrajung Estate while working for a few days in the area. Very pleasant country-style accommodation in a secluded location. Hosts were super helpful throughout the booking process and were very flexible with check-in arrangements. The cottage itself was nice and tidy, although it did feel a little run down, especially for the price. "

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful cottage in Port Albert with my wife and our dog. The property was exactly as described cosy, clean and full of thoughtful touches like shampoo, body wash and kitchen condiments that made us feel right at home. Our dog absolutely loved the secure yard, and we really enjoyed the nearby dog-friendly walks and beaches. It was the perfect spot for a bit of R&R. The owner/manager was super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this...

"Property was neat and fit for purpose . However there was lack of cupboard space due to each room holding linen towels etc applicable for future rentals hence we were living out of our bags. I think it would be perfect if this was rectified by dedicating space to these articals and leaving cupboad sace for guests "
