"Willow Ridge is a fabulous country house perfectly situated just outside Bristol. From here you can explore the whole area easily including Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge caves, Bath, Glastonbury and Weston-super-mare and more. The host cannot do enough for you and makes you feel at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard with terrific views across the countryside. "Lieu surprenant avec un paysage buccolique je recommande les personnes sont serviable a l écoute le repas est 4* La chambre donne sur unep étiez terrasses très sympa malheureusement et.ce n'est pas la faute des proprietaires ...les odeurs de la cuisine refoulent dans la chambre ...il y a elgament des guêpes attirees par l odeur de la nourriture sans doute . Dommage parce que le lieu est formidable et l accueil excellent . Je donne une notre de 8,5/10 tout de même pour ce lieu atypique...

"A beautiful small hotel in a typical old English village. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A short drive to Bristol airport. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area."

"Very nice hotel. Good service, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant areas. Good selection of food in the restaurant and breakfast was good. Close to the railway station (5 minute walk) where you also can catch busses or a ferry boat. Walking distance to the city is manageable. "

"Chose to stay here again as I had stayed here before. It’s very close to the train station and walking distance to all the amenities that you could need. Very comfortable beds and a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They could not do enough for me. "

"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening. The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well.
