"Very helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble very original and charming do not expect all mod cons meals amazing no complaints"

"The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

"Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay"

"Everything ok. Free parking included."

"My room was cosy and provided all that was necessary. Having arrived, by bus, before the check-in time I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and shown to my room. Breakfast was well catered for, although I may have missed this in the itinerary, apart from there not being a cooked option. All in all a good experience."

"Habitaciò i bany amplies i bon esmorzar. El personal és molt amable i disposat a ajudar. És un hotel amb poques habitacions i places d’aparcament suficients. L’hotel està allunyat del centre de Bath, pero s’hi pot arribar fàcilment en cotxe o en bus."

"Me encantó el Hotel"

"Jeg fant en par damer truse i skoxfen var ureihnt"

"On site restaurant is closed, but there is a pub nearby and you can walk to Costa and McDonalds for breakfast. Rooms are dated, but fine, bed was comfortable, good shower. No fitness or other facilities, unless I missed them."

"Nice clean rooms and a great selection of breakfast"
