Welcome to The Breeze on Saint Simons Island, where luxury meets comfort just 300 steps from the sun-kissed shores and top Saint Simons Restaurants. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom haven is thoughtfully designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. NEW saltwater pool with sun shelf and hot tub! Private fenced yard and plenty of parking.

Immerse yourself in modern conveniences including highspeed WiFi and a grand 65-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Recently renovated with meticulous attention to both functionality and design, our home boasts four inviting outdoor living areas, ideal for soaking up the island's gentle breezes.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in our fully equipped kitchen featuring two ice makers, air fry capability, and a convenient wet bar with beverage fridge. With two master suites, a family suite, and triple-decker bunk room, we have ample space for everyone in your party of up to 14.

This location is unmatched! Across the street from The King and Prince and the beach! Walking distance to Crabdaddy's, The Crab Trap, Fiddlers, Beachcomber BBQ, Barrier Island Brewing, and more!

Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our retreat is perfectly situated for quick beach access and proximity to local attractions. High season stays (May 31 - August 16) are booked on a 7-day Saturday to Saturday schedule only.

I highly Recommend! Perfectly situated within easy walking distance to ECHO, The Cottage, Crabdaddy’s, Fiddlers, and just STEPS from the beach – making life easy with kids and family! The private salt water pool, hot tub, firepit, beach chairs and tent with beach cart were incredible bonuses that made our stay even more enjoyable. My family loved the interior design and flow of the house that provided quality time together. The Owner Suite was incredibly spacious and a true dream waking up to sunrise and island views with Private Deck! The host was wonderfully accommodating and made everything seamless. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

I’ve never done a review in my life ,but this one deserves one. The house is in the perfect location because i had kids that wanted to go to the beach and kids that wanted to be at the pool.. it was vlose to the beach to accommodate both. The house is up to date ,and you couldn’t find a piece of sand or dust if your life depended on it. They have everything you need and more. The kids enjoyed the games outside, the pool, and the jacuzzi. The only complaint I have was i had two kids that refused to leave… they didn’t visit the beach and they insisted on take. 15 out of 10 hands down

Very nice beds, linens, and towels. Has plenty of areas to socialize inside and outside. Has an outdoor TV, grill, ping pong, fire pit, etc. We weren't there long, but definitely enjoyed our stay!

I can't say enough about this property. The attention to detail and amenities throughout are truly incredible. The home furnishings are up to date and stylish, and the home, inside and out, looks like something out of a high end coastal magazine. If you know St. Simons, then you know this home is perfectly situated across from the King and Prince Resort, and walking distance to Fiddlers, Crab Daddy's, Crab Trap, and Barrier Island Brewing. These restaurants offer some of the best dining and drinks on the island. One of the best things about this property is that you don't have to bring anything with you...all the chairs, cool cabanas, games, etc, come fully stocked. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for our 10 guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in St. Simons. My family comes back, year after year, and this home will be at the top of our list.

Could not say enough great things about this home! Recently renovated perfectly with plenty of room for 3 families to comfortably stay together. Speaking of comfort, I had to snap a photo of the mattress before leaving because I am dreading going home to my own bed and will be ordering the amazing mattress provided for my own home. Everything was beautiful, perfect, and stocked better than any vacation rental I’ve ever visited!! Location couldn’t have gotten much better either. We will be back for sure!

Another amazing property by John Bailey! The house was perfect for multiple families with multiple age kids. No detail was missed - from games and entertainment to every utensil you would need on vacation. Excellent experience and even better location. Just a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants!
