Tucked away in a quiet historical beach town is a spacious rocking chair front porch beach house. This house provides the perfect place for families looking to spend time together. Riding bikes along the beach or walking to any one of St Simons fabulous restaurants it’s the perfect place to bring your family and friends. The Village and Pier area provide more restaurants, great shopping, and a beautiful walking area along the waterfront.
3 bedrooms with King Size beds
1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 additional twin beds, the bunk beds are strictly for children
2 full baths and half bath

*This property features two private guest spaces. The Peachtree Retreat upstairs unit includes its own private entrance and a spacious front porch. The Peachtree Apartment has a separate private path leading to the entrance and includes full access to the backyard.

Let me just say, this is NOT a party house! This is a home that we share to people who are looking to get away and spend time together and are respectful of the homes around them. The neighborhood is made up mostly of people that live there full time and we always want to be respectful of them and their privacy.
-THIS RENTAL IS NOT A PARTY PAD!! Please be mindful of the surrounding homes in our residential neighborhood.

-Please message me if you would like to book more than six months in advance.

-Cancellation policy exceptions for weather will be made only if Glynn County has issued a mandatory evacuation order.

St Simon’s getaway

Katie is great, a little problem and she wanted to fix them right away. It’s vrbo who is controlling everything and instead of me being able to send a picture for the pest control guy to see the kind of roach that the kids see , vrbo’s messages cannot accept pictures and hides Katie’s email address for me to send it to. I am not interested to put that picture here now as it’s supposed to help and not to destroy the facilities image.Other than that, Katie’s place is perfect!

Southern Charm

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It’s elegant southern charm! Had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Super clean! Walk to beach was shaded and beautiful! Communication with owner was immediate with any questions we had. We got away with my daughter’s bridesmaids for the weekend. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee! Walking distance to several amazing restaurants. Highly recommend Fiddlers. Best meal we had! Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven! We have the best memories there.

A Great Family Beach Stay

The house was exactly as described, and a perfect setting for our extended family's quiet celebration of grandma's 70th birthday. Close to the beach and a block of restaurants, and enough comfortable space for everyone.

Great place in St Simon’s!

House was very nice, area was so close to everything but still quiet. Well furnished and comfortable for a multi-generational family trip. We had to cut out trip early due to sick kids but will definitely plan to come back again!

St. Simons Delight

Our first family stay on St. Simons was a huge success. The island and beaches were so enjoyable. Our rental cottage was perfect for all of us and we enjoyed it so much. Our host was very accommodating and any concerns were promptly answered.

Perfect Spot for Family Vacation!

This was the perfect house for a two family vacation! We had four adults and four kids 12-7. The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the quiet street. We spent most evenings at the house on the front porch and the kids would play in the little park grass area across the street. Very short golf cart trip to the beach or any other location. If we didn't have a decent amount of stuff to take with us on the beach we could have easily walked to the beach access. The house is nicely updated and had a great layout for two families. SSI was beautiful and we can't wait to return!

Spring Break Getaway

The house is great and has been updated very nicely. House had great space for a two families and kids. The kids loved the bunk bed room, the parents loved the closeness to the restaurants, brewery and ice cream shoppe. Close to multiple parks and beach access as well. Would suggest getting a second trash can as It was full when we arrived. Great time and would definitely book again.
