Upon Entry you are in the open family room (Smart TV), dining room and well stocked kitchen with a single serve and drip coffee maker.

Bedroom 1: Queen (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity

Bedroom 2: King (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with shower, single sink

Bedroom 3: King (sleeps 2), adjoins the hall bathroom with shower, single sink

Bedroom 4: Twin (sleeps 2) shares hall bathroom with combination tub/shower

Bedroom 5: Queen (sleeps 2), shares hall bathroom with combination tub/shower

Bedroom 6: King (sleeps 2), ensuite with shower

Upstairs: A daybed (sleeps 1), along with comfortable seating.

This home can host a maximum of 12 people (adults + kids) and has maximum parking of 4 vehicles.

This home as an awesome pool and an attached spa. Note the spa is only heated and jetted if you choose the pool heat option as detailed below. Unless the pool is also heated, the spa is not heated and will be the same temperature as the pool.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $165/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
