This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. At Pass-A-Grille the beaches are not crowded, peaceful with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds.

Updated floors, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.

--Large private primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size TempurPedic bed.

--Second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable Queen size bed.

The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach.

There's open air, shaded seating to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching.

The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. There's room for lounging and outdoor dining.

Includes large flat screen TV in living room, TV in bedrooms, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV and stereo. All linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a few beach goodies are provided. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo.

You can’t ask for a better location for watching the west Florida sunset. The condo is so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. My family and I really enjoyed spending time together there.

Property was in ideal position in pass a grille which was a little secret place but now is a lot busier. The area is still recovering from last years hurricane season but this did not affect our stay.Reasonably priced for the area too.Will be back.

Great location. Able to walk to a couple of restaurants otherwise used Freebie which is a great service. We were aware there would probably be someone in condo above us so prepared for noise. Fortunately noise was only during the day. Could use more towels supplied. Owners responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed being able to sit on patio.

This is my third time staying at a property managed by Charles & Liz. And definitely not my last. This is such a great spot in a relaxed beach community. If you want to slow down & take in perfect sunsets, this is the place.

Location convenient for restaurants and beach. It’s a busy street and noisy into the night. Warning! Do not give up your parking space to enjoy anything away from P-A-G! So busy you might not be able to park again until evening! Pool was wonderful. Bathroom is small and dated but clean. Kitchen is teeny but ice maker is awesome! We would come back. Vacuum provided to help with sand.

We love Pass-a-Grille. We usually use a different property, but it was booked. This place looked great. But a couple things made our stay here frustrating. The shower poured water all over the floor even though the curtain was inside the tub. The hooks in the bathroom were coming loose from the drywall. The back bedroom where the Murphey bed was, was always 10-15° warmer than the rest of the house. The window in the main room leaked when it rained. And the AC went out. THS was addressed and Brandon graciously moved us overnight to another unit. However, with our things and food stuffs in the hot unit, we had to spend a good portion of our next day in the unit with the broken AC until it was fixed. These may seem small issues but combined it was frustrating. We will probably not book here in the future.

The location is awesome for catching sunsets from the patio or making an easy walk across the street to the beach. And if needed a couple blocks down you can access the beach with a stroller/wheelchair/beach carts on the ramp leading right on to the beach. Parking was unexpectedly tough to find actually close to the unit upon arrival on Saturday - but a local explained it just is that way on the weekends and gets better during the week. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the beds and even the couch were comfy sleeping spots. Just fyi there is a unit above this one and if the guest have children or are rowdy you are going to hear their footsteps through the ceiling. But that is just how it goes where ever you might stay in multilevel/unit condos like this. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The vibe in Pass-a-grille is very family friendly, slower paced, very small village feeling. Great place I would stay here again for sure.
