PICTURE PERFECT! Fantastic views from all 3 balconies!!

Unique end unit beachfront condo with 3 balconies and windows in every room - each with a great view! Watch the sunrise and boat traffic on the intracoastal waterway while relaxing on the east balcony (off the Master Bdrm). Enjoy lunch or dinner on the spacious north balcony (off the kitchen). Admire the sunset over the Gulf while sipping a glass of wine on the west balcony (off the living rm).

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, breakfast bar, pantry, recessed lights and modern ceiling fan.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed, large closet, flat screen smart tv. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom is spacious with 2 queen beds, large closet, and flat screen smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

Living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper/sofa, 2 recliner chairs, 2 regular chairs, a flat screen smart TV, and an electric fireplace with heat -just in case you get chilly!

Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for your use.

Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.

I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but this one was absolutely perfect, no notes!!! Great value too. The host has thought of everything: beach stuff, stocked kitchen for cooking, even a fishing rod, which my son enjoyed using to fish off a pier. Organized & responsive, this host is also gracious and kind. Loved the three patios, ocean views, gas fireplace and TVs in every room. Comfy beds as well! So grateful!

This was the third time we have stayed in Linda and John's condo, and everything is always wonderful. Linda is so incredible to work with, and the condo has everything you could possibly need on vacation! The condo is incredibly clean, well furnished, and has a number of amenities that are truly appreciated. Even though the area is still undergoing a bit of clean up from last year's hurricane, there are still a large number of places to eat and shop. Indian Shores is like a second home for us, and we look forward to staying in this condo again!

This was just the perfect place. Comfortable beds. Great location. Very clean. Could not have asked for anythjng more. Host was just wonderful all the way around! Everything is convenient. If you are debating on staying here don’t think another minute. It is home away from home!

Relaxing vacation

It was as me and my husbands first vacation as “empty nesters” and we had a great time together in this clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The condo has every amenity that you would need on vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet and great view from all three balconies. The owners were very nice and made communicating with them so easy. It was a pleasure that we even got to meet them and they brought us muffins from a nearby bakery. I would highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely perfect!!

We had the best time at this condo. Linda is amazing and truly wants to make sure your stay is perfect. She is responsive and so helpful about the area. The condo is perfect and just as described. Would highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful condo

The condo had lots of space for everyone to spread out. There were 3 balconies to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This is our 3rd year staying in one of their condos they are terrific.

July review

This is such a spacious and clean unit. The owners provide their cell phone number allowing open communication all week with the renters. Keyless entry to room and beach makes for seamless transitions throughout the day. The large pool deck allows ample space for cookouts and safe views of the kids while adults relax. Close walk to fun, food, drinks, etc and short drive to Clearwater for fun. Also close range to multiple airports to ensure the most reasonable flights are accessible. Plenty of beach gear is provided and the beds are SO comfy! Loved all of the views from each balcony for whatever mood you're in- reading, people watching, sunrise, or sunset. The balcony off the master also offers views of the channel where you can see dolphins throughout the day. We visit the same area annually and this year we encountered sting rays and manatees in waist-deep water. Amazing experience for adults and the kids.

Exceptional service!

My husband and I have stayed at Beach cottages in the past. This was our first time in John and Linda’s unit. The condo was beautiful and we really enjoy the 3 balconies. The most impressive part in our opinion was the communication with Linda. The check in instructions were clear and the prompt response to any questions was much appreciated! Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will certainly be back!

Great Unit, Great Hosts

We had a last minute change of plans since we always go to Sanibel Island for Thanksgiving with family. Linda went above and beyond to answer all of my initial questions about the area, the unit, and eased me in to this big change for my family. Her unit is gorgeous and immaculately kept. The beds were super comfy. plenty of pool/beach items, kitchen had basics for cooking like spices as well as a ton of pots/pans. While we hope we can return to Sanibel next year, if we can't, I will 100% be reaching out to Linda again.

What an exceptional and amazing condo to stay at on our vacation. I don't know where to begin. First off, the owners were available at a drop of a hat and responded to any questions promptly.
