The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! With high speed WiFi and free Parking pass for one vehicle makes this the perfect getaway spot.

You will be able to access our space through an electronic lock where you will have a personalized code.

I live in the area and I am easily accessible to help solve problems! I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.

-This condo is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
-Whatever complimentary beach equipment is in the unit is there for you to use. We cannot guarantee the quantity or quality as they are frequently in use.
-One (1) paid parking pass per condo.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events

- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
