Downtown Dunedin Walking District

Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. You'll enjoy what our community has to offer year round and be impressed with the lively streets during 2nd Friday Night on the Town, Weekend Farmers Market, Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, Cinco de Mayo and Wines the Blues. A secure private residential entrance with elevator makes coming and going easy. Relax and know that we've thought of everything to make your stay memorable and stress free.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for getting around, the decor was beautiful, and cleanliness was top notch! The property is well stocked with everything you need! Dunedin is so cute with so many places to explore! We biked up the Pinellas Trail which is close to the property and hit many restaurants and breweries. We ran into Jorge along the way (he was very accommodating) and Christine reached out via text along the way to check in to make sure we had all of the information needed. We were 2 couples traveling and all said we’d stay at this property again!

Beautiful place in the heart of Dunedin

This unit is top of the line in every category - location, cleanliness, furniture and decor, and the entire process from check in to check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment, park all within a very short walk.

Perfectly Elegant

The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed. You could hear some noise from the restaurants nearby but everything was quiet by 11. Considering everything that is right outside the door that is saying something. Christine was a sweetheart, access to the apartment was effortless, and I felt like she was available without hovering. I can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Have just completed a two week stay at this well-appointed, spacious and perfectly located downtown Dunedin condo. The hosts have truly thought of everything, and our stay was so comfortable! Literally in the heart of downtown - a car is unnecessary as everything is within walking distance - and Uber is everywhere. Loved it so much we immediately booked for next year!

Dunedin haven

We are repeat visitors at our favorite Dunedin spot. Everything was perfect and the hosts are very accommodating. There isn’t a more convenient place in Dunedin.
