Luxury Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This large 2-bedroom, 1-1/2- or 2-bathroom condo hotel suite can hold up to 5 people comfortably. It includes a King bed and a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a Twin bed in the second bedroom, as well as a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The balcony for this condo faces the streets of the area. Sip a drink while listening to the sounds of the beach scene from your balcony 3 to 4 stories above the action. This suite is perfect for the family on the go.
Please note that the second bedroom does not have a window.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

We have stayed at the Avalon Club Hotel before and chose to stay there again! It is always impeccably clean, right on the beach and the staff is incredible. Our smoke detector started chirping low battery and the front desk sent someone immediately to change the battery. I know we will be back!

Location is A plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unit was clean. Unit is sparsely furnished (could use a new love seat), but had everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was great. The only thing you absolutely need to be aware of is how thin the walls between units are. We could hear EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, going on in the unit next to us which became quite uncomfortable as well as disruptive

The positives: Close to beach - 2 minute walk The interior of the apartment was new Beach chairs and umbrellas included Short walk to downtown restaurants and bars The negatives: The room had zero view. My family and I spent 3 nights at this location, and there was a major flaw that terribly affected my stay from the first night. A loud and strong sound coming from behind the bedroom walls. I thought it was the sound of the air conditioner or the sound of the washing machine. It turned out in the end that it was the motors of the swimming pool on the fifth floor. This made sleeping very difficult, even impossible, in the entire building. I asked the hotel workers, including the manager, to settle the matter by transferring me to Another room to no avail, under the pretext that the hotel was full and that the reservation was through one of the agencies and not directly. They gave me the choice between accepting or evacuating without returning what I paid, and after receiving a response, I agreed to stay on the condition that they would try to reduce the sound by stopping the fan motor. It turned out to be just a joke on the part of the manager. It was enough to make me live three nights in unbearable hell

The property is perfect for 4 of us and we have friends in town came to hang out with us. The place is big, it feels like home. The staffs were very friendly. I like clean towels everyday. All I had to do is put it in the green bin n leave it on the front door, they replace the new one right away. I will come back here again. Its worth of every pennies I spent on this property.
