The unit was steps from the beach and Frenchy's, but not so close that any noise could be heard. You could see the beach from the back door & window in the bedroom. The location was excellent!

Great Condo at Clearwater!

We had a wonderful stay at Clearwater Beach Suites! It was the perfect size for us (family of 5 adults) and was affordable. It came with everything we needed for the kitchen as well. The best part was how close it was to the beach! My mom can't walk far distances and was so happy at how close this was. I would recommend to anyone!

Simple, small and cute place in front of the beach

My check in was fast. I understand everything was sent by messenger and we could do it fast. Place were small for 3 adults and a kid. Water pressure for showers needs to be reviewed. It was completely uncomfortable to enter and exit when was raining ( all the 3 days) because the apartment is in the first floors no stairs and no roof to protect us . I was with my father and that was a problem. Location good and good appliances

This location is just steps from the beach, food, and shopping. Loved the pool and all the extra beach/pool equipment people had left for others to use. The suite was very nice and very clean. We loved our stay and will book again!

Small amenities made for an awesome stay

Our stay was lovely! The condo was just as pictured and comfortable for our family! For those sleeping in the smaller bedroom, I'd advise ear plugs or a sound machine to help with early morning noise. They did have a pack and play and a small beach tent for babies, both of which were great! You will need a sheet for the pack and play but a great option to have! They have beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used on a first come first served basis which was lovely! Additionally they have beach toys and pool floats that can be borrowed from a box by the pool. The location is great! A short walk to the beach and a few restaurants . We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay at the condo!

This was the perfect location for our brief stay while we were in town for a baseball game. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and the marina for a dolphin tour. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great Florida Vacation

Our vacation in Florida was wonderful, except for the colder weather, but that cannot be controlled. The condo was as promised. The location was great. Condo was clean and a great place to rest and relax. There were only two of us, so the condo size was perfect. More people would've made its a bit cramped. The place was really clean and having laundry in the unit was very convenient. The only negative is that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, thus causing the entire condo to be humid after showers, and the hot water was very slow, but when it did arrive, it was very hot. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites.

Clearwater Beach Suites is very clean and well-appointed. Its location is absolutely perfect-right next to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The management company has the check-in down to a science and provides great instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Clearwater vacation

Clean place, close to the beach! Only complaint is the pillows being uncomfortable and the pull out sofa mattress being uncomfortable! The unit was cute , but know if you are carrying heavy luggage you have to lug up steps to get into unit. Everyone was helpful though! Would stay again .

The condo location was great and so close to the ocean. Our experience did not start out well. We did not receive our check in code by text at 4pm. Around 5pm, I had to call to get the information. I did not have access to my email at the time, the office said it was emailed to me but not text. I did receive the information by text once I called. We took our things in and left . We went and ate dinner then went to the grocery store . After a long day of traveling, when into the master bedroom to go to bed around 10pm and found that the bed was broken and bed side lamp not plugged in (which the extension code was under the bed). I called and left and message and texted photos of the broken bed. Not sure why it was not reported by housekeeper. A gentleman ( I think his name was Sean, called me back and said he would let his supervisor know. He was kind and was trying to help. I had to sleep on the couch. The street noise kept me away. People from the public parking lot, the street sweepers, the food truck deliveries, and garbage truck seem like o go all night long. I received a text around 12:30am that maintenance was informed and would contact me Saturday. I received a text Saturday morning asking me what time would be okay. I said anytime, please come and fix the bed. I did leave a note that our bathroom sink did not drain, closes were left in the dresser from some one else, our parking pass was only written for five nights and we were there for eight, and to pull the bed out to plug in the lamp. When we returned from the beach, thankfully everything but the pass were fixed. The parking pass was also fixed later that after noon. I think that I should receive some kind of refund for our first night due to all the inconveniences. We did pay a lot for the week and the bed was a major issue. The rest of our stay was nice and I am thankful for that, our first night was not good. I think the condo offers a lot of great things and the beach chairs and umbrellas are a wonderful bonus. I would appreciate some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I look forward to your reply. Take care, Patty Bucchare - unit 206

Very satisfied. Condo was what I expected. Very close to everything. Beach was within steps of beach. Condo slept 6 but was tight It would probably accommodate 4 people comfortably The only down fall was I had an early flight and had to wait until 4 pm to get in condo which was rough since I had 2 children with me. I definitely would return.
