Beach Front Paradise
Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores, Florida. Filled with restaurants, life bands, children and family events, this city will have you falling in love with island vacationing from the minute you arrive. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo has been rated one of the best renovated vacation rentals amongst families who choose the beach for their get-a-way destination. This beach vacation home has had every room completely renovated to allow luxury, top of the line accommodations. The total renovation includes beautiful large tile flooring throughout the entire unit. The kitchen’s new white shaker cabinets, nickel finishes, champagne backsplash and top of the line stainless steel appliances are stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cooking, eating and entertaining and family meals. New cooking pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, wine glasses, baking tools and more were added to the condo.
You will feel at home with the brand new washer and dryer installed in the unit’s own laundry room. Additionally, each bathroom was completely done to reflect today’s modern style. Bathroom cabinets, nickel finishes, floor, walls, tubs, marble countertops, sinks and all have been newly replaced for residents to enjoy fine living vacations. All of the furniture in the unit was carefully selected and put together by our family designer to allow you to be surrounded by true coastal elegance and comfort.
The first bedroom accommodates 3 children. Styled in white wood furniture and coastal Decore, the room includes two twin beds and one trundle allowing each child the comfort of having their own bed. The room also has its own closet for added storage needs. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom set in todays beach cottage style. The room has plenty of space for those who might be traveling with very young children requiring a pack and play (also included in the home) to be used as a crib. (Should this be an accommodation used by your family, we do ask that you practice child sleep safety.) The second bedroom also has its own double door closet and cabinet for storing needs. The master suite has beach views from the windows and private door access to the ocean front view balcony. Master suite furniture and decore was delicately selected providing a couple’s stunning retreat space. Walk in closet allows for all of your family’s storage needs. Living room oversized sofa and loveseat allow everyone to enjoy the breathtaking beachfront ocean views while enjoying a relaxing dinner at home, game night, etc. The sofa is a queen sleeper for further accommodations if needed.

All that glitters is not gold!!!

The property is not clean as other reviews say. Bathrooms were dirty. Toilet seats with pee stains. Kitchen utensils drawers full of crumbs and hair Mattresses with huge pee spots Pillows are dirty as well Bathroom towels dirty Laundry room full of sand and hard to access the clothes washer with clatter Washing machine with black mold on the rubber seal Microwave was not clean. Spotters of food everywhere Keurig coffee maker’s tank has mold and where the tank goes is pretty dirty Frying pans and sauce pans scratched and dented and are unsafe to use As far as the beach view it’s half view and no privacy. Other units’ balconies look right at the balcony. On the second day we started smelling a strong mold smell which we weren’t comfortable with. I did my investigation and found out that last year they had a major flood in the unit which we think has something to do with the smell. We tried to enjoy our trip the best we could outside the unit. I am writing an honest review. I have pictures of everything I mentioned in my review and more. Pictures and videos with date and time of our arrival. I look for cleanliness first and then decor. We were disappointed. We contacted the host within our arrival via text and he/she never responded. His response wasn’t going to do much anyways. However I hope my review would help someone

Amazing

My wife and son stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. We have been coming to Indian Shores for years now and this was our favorite place. The condo was in great condition, updated, and in a great location. The owner Toni was very responsive and made the entire process very easy. We have already decided we will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo in an amazing location!

I cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful condo. It is exactly as it appears in the listing, but even better! The layout of the condo is really nice. Fully stocked with everything you need and more! This condo was very clean, which is my number one priority when selecting accommodations. If this is important to you, you will be very pleased with this property! Everything in the condo seems new and is in excellent condition. The property is spacious and so well equipped. Lots of beautiful bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs and fun water toys, and even a wagon and cooler to tote everything to the beach. Thoughtful supplies like coffee, tea and spices as well as pleny of dishes if you prefer to cook your own meals. Great appliances that seem like new, including washer and dryer. Much closet space as well! In addition to extra linens, many different types of extra pillows were provided, which we very much appreciated. Great large TV in the main living room and each bedroom had it's own mounted flat screen TV. This place is great for families or adults. The outdoor patio furniture is sturdy, comfortable and great quality! The balcony is large and the view is great. I had a family member who uses a walker and this entire space worked well.Tony is so well organized and responsive to all questions. He even provided 2 sets of keys on lanyard and bracelet which is so convenient when muliple people are coming and going from the beach. 5 stars ++!

Best condo EVER!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! His condominium was absolutely the best we ever stayed at. From furniture, stocked kitchen, linens, beach equipment and awesome communication with the owner. We came in late and found exactly everything we needed from the owners information and had a wonderful week. We will definitely book this same condo again!! Thankyou for such a great week.

Perfect Location

The condo was beautifully decorated and I loved that there was a beach wagon for our use. The beach view was beautiful. We loved it. It was perfectly accommodating except for the fact there was no sleeper sofa as the description stated so sleeping arrangements were a little tight.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this condo. Everything was as shown. Tony was a gracious host. We would definitely recommend! Th beach and pool were our favorite. We took in a Tampa Bay Devil Rays game and enjoyed many great restaurants.

Making family memories!

Wow! This place is exactly how the pictures and previous reviews depict it! It’s clean, a modern and thoughtful design, welcoming, inviting, beautiful ocean view, steps to the beach, equipped with everything the family needs for a beach day (towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, shade canopy, beach umbrella, toys, floats, etc.) - tip: be sure to check the cabinet in the laundry room where we initially missed some of beach toys and some of the floats. The washer and dryer were very handy to have. The two full baths are updated and designed very nicely. All beds were very comfortable and size of the bedrooms and living space were great! The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig for your morning coffee! This was by far the nicest VRBO beach rental we’ve found and we look forward to visiting again someday!

We loved staying at this property. The location was great. The view was incredible. Everything we needed was at our fingertips- beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and even a bottle of wine! Home away from home

Very well taken care of. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Felt like home for our two weeks. Multiple extras:( coffee pods, TP, hand soaps, detergents) Closet organizers were awesome! Owner was available for any questions. Could use a dresser or table in second bedroom. Would definitely stay here again

The condo is beautiful the view of the ocean is amazing. I would stay again.

This property is very nice and clean, simply beautiful. The condo was everything the owner shared. It has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels etc. we enjoyed ourselves immensely. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful!

We had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful condo! Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was perfect! Our unit had great views of the gulf. Close to shopping and restaurants. Communication with owners was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property in June. The condo was beautiful and the beach was amazing! The pool was clean and the property was well-maintained. We traveled with small children and the unit came equipped with a pack n play, beach toys, and a wagon to take everything to the beach, which was very helpful. The property owner was readily available and responded immediately when questions arose, and the check in process was quick and easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a fantastic vacation. Thanks for the memories!

Our stay was wonderful! Condo was clean and super nice. We have been going to this area for 25 years and this is one of the nicer condos we have stayed in. We would consider booking this again if we could book directly with owner. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Week

Had a great week with adult children and spouses. Communication with Tony was prompt and detailed. Condo was very clean. Best part, besides location - plenty of towels , including beach towels, 4 nice beach chairs, 2 coolers, a canopy and a wagon to haul items to beach. As other reviewers mentioned, wine and chocolate waiting on counter. Beds were very comfortable. Only 4 chairs on balcony (tight fit) and at dining table as well. Ice maker in refrigerator wasn't working so pick up some ice on the way. Felt very safe and secure.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s condo. Everything was beautifully decorated. The sofa/loveseat was a little warn out but still comfortable. The beach accessories were wonderful and very much appreciated!! Beach canopy and chairs were in great shape. Pool was perfect, and location of condo was outstanding. We would definitely come back to Tony’s condo.

Amazing stay!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo from 4/9-4/15. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the best. Our stay was amazing! There was even a welcome gift of wine and chocolates upon arrival! The decor was beautiful, and the views gorgeous. The unit is very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
