"Lady that checked us in was lovely, real asset to the hotel. Looked after us at all points of our stay from reception to bar drinks and breakfast, she was amazing.
Hotel is lovely with a great character and vibe, breakfast was excellent and the sun terrace is a gem."

"Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!"

"Calor insoportable y habitación sin aire acondicionado. El aire solo en la recepción. El baño da pena, Todo descascarillado. Las paredes de separación de las habitaciones son de papel de fumar. Si tienes la mala suerte de tener vecinos ruidosos imposible dormir. Ese fue nuestro caso. Ni la intervención de la recepción a las 2 de la mañana les calló. El desayuno es el menos apetecible que he tomado nunca en un hotel de 4 estrellas. No había ni fruta, eso si, huevos y bacon a tutiplén. Zumo de...

"We enjoyed our stay at the New Inn. Mark was welcoming on arrival, our room was an executive triple room, it was equipped with what we needed, the beds were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great. We sampled the local Sandford Orchards cider which was scrumptious! Breakfast was very tasty too."
