"Spotless room with fabulous heating- temperature outside was -1* overnight, our room was toasty! View was gorgeous as were the bed, shower and all other facilities.
Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good.
Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Worst stay I have ever had. The first morning at breakfast the plates were so dirty it put us off eating. We literally went through the whole pile and could not find any clean ones. Didn't bother going to breakfast the 2nd morning.
There was an odd smell on the first day when we walked into room but it was stifling hot so put the air conditioning on and left it at that. However the next evening when we returned to the room we walked in and there was a clear smell of drugs in the room which...
