"I booked this for a short one night stay on a budget. The property is not up to modern standards but as long as you are not fussy is ok. The owners are a lovely, helpful couple. Unfortunately it is next to a pub and on a Friday night there was loud, live music and there were still people out on the main street being noisy. Luckily I had some ear plugs with me."

"There were an INSANE amount of communications, but they were unable to articulate exactly where this place was located, including not including the room number, which made it extremely difficult to find, and that there are an INSANE amount of steep stairs.
Disappointing.
Definitely not worth the money."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Dinner was good quality pub-grub and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and very smart decor.
Was a bit hot at night so perhaps air-con would have been nice, although there was a fan thankfully!
Be aware that there is no car park at the hotel, although we got parked fine on the unrestricted side streets.
Overall, nice hotel, would recommend."
