"What a great stay. Kevin and Maria were very attentive, warm, and hospitable. This was our first night in UK after a long flight and felt like home. The accommodations were very nice and the king room was so cozy. The bed slept great and had everything we needed. The breakfast was first class but also made us feel like we were staying with family! Thanks for the great stay."

"We have stayed here a few times in the past but not for about three years now. Sadly, we were very disappointed . The service used to be exceptional. I asked for a quiet room as we are very light sleepers - we were kept aware by the kitchen fan at the back of our room and the noise from the reception desk. We had lunch there and the prawn skewers were bland and tasteless. The breakfast buffet selection was poor, however the hot meals were very good. The service was dire, staff were stood around...

"The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. "Clean, modern (but not too modern) and well-kept. Bed was comfortable with a great shower. Clearly recently renovated, excellent amenities. Dinner and breakfast both very good!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room with ensuite. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available. Great choice at breakfast, including those, like me, who only want a continental breakfast. We dined in the attached restaurant both nights and the food, and service, was very good. We arrived by bicycle and safe storage was provided. All in all great value for money and highly recommended."

The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company...
