"Accommodation was average but the cleanliness let it down. The bedding was clean and fresh but we had old tea spashes on the unit and also someone's old toilet usage was still stick to the pan. "Wasn't the nicest thing to have to clean when I've paid to stay at a hotel" overall would I stay again. Yes I probably would as it may have been a one off... Some of the furniture and decor had seen better days too "

"What a great stay. Kevin and Maria were very attentive, warm, and hospitable. This was our first night in UK after a long flight and felt like home. The accommodations were very nice and the king room was so cozy. The bed slept great and had everything we needed. The breakfast was first class but also made us feel like we were staying with family! Thanks for the great stay."

"We have stayed here a few times in the past but not for about three years now. Sadly, we were very disappointed . The service used to be exceptional. I asked for a quiet room as we are very light sleepers - we were kept aware by the kitchen fan at the back of our room and the noise from the reception desk. We had lunch there and the prawn skewers were bland and tasteless. The breakfast buffet selection was poor, however the hot meals were very good. The service was dire, staff were stood around...

There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. "The location to ingleton falls is a 5 minute walk, very quiet and quaint village but with everything you need. Copper cottage has everything you need. Thank you for an amazing weekend "

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room with ensuite. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available. Great choice at breakfast, including those, like me, who only want a continental breakfast. We dined in the attached restaurant both nights and the food, and service, was very good. We arrived by bicycle and safe storage was provided. "Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). "I liked so much of it. Draw back for me as a 62 yr old woman travelling alone was the dining experience. Both at dinner and breakfast I was put in the middle of the room where I felt vulnerable. I did say something but they said it was what they had available. I did book a month or two ago so this wasn’t a last minute thing.
