A homely, very spacious, and private suite that includes three bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. There is also a full bathroom and a study/playroom space.

Relax on our oversized recliner couches with a 70” TV and complimentary high speed wi-fi or read a book on the patio. Private driveway parking with ramp access (no stairs) and keyless entry to suite.
The space
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood very close to several Katy Trail entrances. Historic Main Street, Lindenwood University, Streets of Saint Charles, Ameristar Casino and Frenchtown are a short 10 min drive away. Only 15 minutes to Lambert Airport and 25 minutes to Wine Country in Defiance/Augusta as well as downtown St. Louis.

Suite includes a full kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and dining table. There is a full bath with walk in shower. There is a queen-sized bed in one room and a double bed in the other. We also have queen-sized and twin sized air mattresses that fit comfortably in any room, if needed.
Guest access
There is a private driveway and entry door to your suite at the back of the house and a smart lock guarantees ultimate privacy without the inconvenience of keys and allows you to check-in at your leisure! Once in your suite, you will have the suite all to yourself.

Please note the upper level suite and garage are restricted spaces. The upper level suite is also rented out to other guests separately. There are no shared spaces.
