"Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. "

Al comentarlo lo normal hubiera sido upgrade y no se llegó a ofrecer siendo temporada baja. No había excesiva amabilidad por parte de las personas de la recepción tras incidente. Solo con una sonrisa podría haberse olvidado pero parece que no les sentó bien que se le dijera"

"WE had a brilliant short stay in Chester. We visited Liverpool by train and Nantwich by bus. The city centre and plenty of restaurants were all within a few minutes walk. The Golden Eagle was first class. The owner and staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We are already thinking of another stay with them."

"Hayley and John have everything covered at this lovely gem of a guest house! From arrival til check out we enjoyed our stay. The friendly feel, their knowledge of Chester shared with us to find all the good places to see, a wonderful breakfast selection... Literally nothing was missed for us. Thanks ever so much!! "

"Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend. "

"El hotel en general esta bien, esta en una orilla pero chester es pequeño se puede caminar a todos lados. Lo que no nos gusto es que llegamos al hotel por la mañana y nos dijeron que el check in es hasta las 3, que nos podían dar la habitación a la 1 pero con un cargo extra.… lo cual no me parece una buena atención; normalmente si tienen la habitación disponible te la dan sin cobrarte de más. Tampoco tienen baño en el lobby asi que si no está lista tu habitación no puedes entrar ni al baño "

"We checked in, went to our room, it was spacious and clean. Big floor to ceiling windows but good blackout curtains. We were at the back of hotel overlooking courtyard and never heard any noise at all. Bed was big and comfy, Tv worked, bathroom door was not right next to the bed so no disturbing each other in the night!"
