The Lighthouse, St Ives - Sleeps 4 – Sea Views – Off-Site Parking

Architecturally designed and boasting stunning sea views with unmatched vistas towards St Ives Harbour, The Lighthouse is located on the famous Crab Rocks off The Warren and is the perfect base for exploring St Ives. With the added benefit of off-site parking, it offers comfort for a truly relaxing coastal escape.

With breathtaking sea views, the cosy lounge opens onto a private balcony suspended over the crashing waves of Crab Rocks. The room is furnished with sofa, two comfy chairs and TV. The retro inspired kitchen also benefits from amazing sea views across the Atlantic. Fitted with electric hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, you will have everything you need if you do not fancy heading out for dinner. There is a dining table with seating for four. On the same floor is a utility room with wash hand basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and the second bedroom is located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have wonderful sea views and feature double beds and ample storage. The family bathroom is located on the third floor and features a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Off-Site Parking for One Car - Parking is located 0.2 miles from The Lighthouse at the Station Car Park. The parking dimensions are 2.13m wide by 4.80m long.

The stairs at The Lighthouse are not suitable for a Stair Gate.

The Lighthouse is located over four floors and has an open-tread spiral staircase which may not be suitable for some guests. Please always supervise children near stairs. Guests will be required to climb stairs.

Access Statement – The Lighthouse is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of eleven steps. Please be aware, that these are original traditional Cornish stone steps that have an uneven tread.
