Four private tiny homes. Four hot tubs. One plunge pool. Fifteen people. Nobody else on the property.

Pueblito Del Mar is a tiny home village three miles from Historic Downtown St. Augustine. When you book it, you book all of it — four separate homes on one quiet property of pine and palmetto, plus everything between them.

THE FOUR HOMES

Casa Caliente (sleeps 5) — Two loft bedrooms, each with a queen, and a couch that sleeps one more. A well-stocked full kitchen. Full bathroom. A large screened porch with its own hot tub, a sectional that seats the whole group, and outdoor dining. The plunge pool and the main fire pit are just outside the door.

Casa Gaucho (sleeps 4) — Warm pallet-wood walls and vaulted ceilings, with a roll-up garage door in the bedroom that opens straight onto the covered deck, its private spa and its own fire pit. A real kitchen: range, oven, full-size refrigerator and a large island. Full bathroom. A full futon in the living room sleeps two more.

Casa Fuego (sleeps 3) — Queen bed and a love seat that pulls out to a single, in one open room. Kitchenette, full bathroom with a step-in shower. Covered lanai with a hot tub a step off the deck, and its own fire pit in the yard.

Casita Isabella (sleeps 3) — Queen bed and a pull-out loveseat in one bright open room. Kitchenette with counter seating, full bathroom with a step-in shower. Private hot tub on a covered deck strung with lights.

HOW A GROUP ACTUALLY USES IT

Couples get their own home. Everyone has their own front door and their own bathroom, and nobody draws the short straw and sleeps in a living room while another couple takes the primary suite.

Then there is the middle — the part that makes it a village rather than four rentals. The plunge pool, the big fire pit beside it, the screened outdoor living room at Caliente that holds everyone at once, and dining under cover for the whole group. Three of the four homes have a fire pit of their own, so an evening can split between them or pull everyone to the one by the water. Crushed-shell paths wind between the homes under the pines, so the walk from your own front door to anyone else’s takes under a minute. Far enough apart to disappear when you want to. Close enough that no one feels sent to the far end of the property.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire property is yours for the stay: all four homes, the plunge pool, all three fire pits, the screened outdoor living room and the parking. There are no other guests on site and nothing is shared with anyone outside your group. Each home has its own keypad and codes are sent before arrival, so the group can settle in whenever you land.

Events are welcome here. This is the one property in our collection where they are, so tell us what you have planned and we will help where we can.

The four homes are set apart from one another by design — each in its own pocket of pine and palmetto, private enough that you forget the others are there, and joined by crushed-shell paths that put any two of them under a minute’s walk apart. Coffee on your own deck at sunrise, the whole group around the fire pit after dark.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with a pet fee. This is a non-smoking property. A hold is placed on the card before arrival and released after departure.

The setting is pine and palmetto under open sky. Mornings are quiet and the evenings are dark enough to see stars.

WHERE IT IS

West Augustine is the quiet side of town: residential, wooded, and three miles from the middle of the Old City. You get open sky and pine instead of a shared wall with a neighbor, and you are still ten minutes from St. George Street, the Castillo and the waterfront. St. Augustine Beach and Vilano Beach are about fifteen minutes the other direction. Publix, gas and restaurants are a five-minute drive. Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and the Amphitheatre are all fifteen minutes or less.

GETTING AROUND

You will want vehicles. Parking is free and off-street, with room on the crushed-shell drive for the whole group. Historic Downtown is a ten-minute drive, and rideshare runs reliably at night, which is the sensible way home after dinner. Jacksonville International (JAX) is about an hour north; Daytona Beach (DAB) about an hour and a half south.

One rate covers the entire property and every bed in it. There is no per-guest charge, whether you arrive with six people or fifteen.
