This was the perfect place for our bachelor/Bachelorette party weekend! This house had much to offer along with being within distance of town. The house was very beautiful and clean. We loved the arcade room! The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. We were able to walk the whole weekend to the things we wanted to do in town, which made it very convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house had a nice layout. It made our experience perfect! We all had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this house because it was close to where my son was getting married. We had 10 guest, and the house was so accommodating, other people wish they had booked it for themselves. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. There’s plenty of space to hangout inside and outside. It has plenty of parking which never happens when you stay in St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this house for large groups or a get ready space for a bridal party.

Perfect location with charm

Quiet rooms, plenty of space, 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Small pool table/dining table, lots of books and games besides the arcade room which is obviously awesome. A little mildew smell, but that’s not uncommon for an old home. It’s updated nicely without losing its charm. I would stay here again anytime.

Birthday Celebration for Grandma turning 70

Property has the charm of old homes with nice amenities making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hot tub and game room kept the grand-kids entertained allowing us adults quality time together. The short walk to St George street made visiting downtown easy avoiding the parking challenge and 25 parking fee. Accommodated our family of 12 very nicely.

Great visit to St. Augustine

The home was very much as advertised! The room were all good-sized and had everything we needed for a great family weekend. We had one small issue, which would not be worth mentioning except for the fact that the homeowner was incredibly responsive and handled the issue quickly, professionally and very much to our satisfaction! The location was great - within walking distance of the Bascilica/Cathedral, town and many of the St. Augustine sites. We hope to return sometime!

We loved the house and its proximity to most things in downtown St. Aug! The house was perfect for our group of 10. The check-in process was streamlined and Sara was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend the house to anyone!

Middle-aged friend trip!

This property really made our stay an excellent experience. The space is perfect for 6 couples to each have a decent sized bed of their own and sharing the 4 bathrooms was never a problem. The hot tub was a hit on the evenings. The game room was added entertainment that everyone enjoyed. The house is a short walk from many local breweries, restaurants and shopping! The owner is very responsive and a joy to rent from. Strongly recommend this house and looking forward to anything trip back to St Augustine!
