They are cute little efficiency condos that let you walk right onto the Beach. They are small but ours was lovely, had all the essentials and coffee, no ridiculous cleaning list, a reasonable price and the host was great. No qualms ;)

Perfect spot to relax and unwind! Room was close to the pool and boardwalk leading to the beach! Great view of the beach and nice sized pool area too. Excellent communication with the host. Plenty of parking and located close to everything one needs. Will definitely be back again!

great property and priced right. Quick access to beach and pool since its an end unit. Our stay was disturbed by 2 dogs barking in the unit next to us. It was hard to use the patio and grass area out back. Not a big deal since we only stayed 2 nights. The owner was great and this is not his fault.

Check in was easy and the host was amazing. Always prompt to answer any questions we had and super friendly. The property is great and easy access to the beach. Far enough away from busier areas as that it’s quieter and easier to enter/exit but close enough to everything without having to drive very far. Would recommend this host to everyone.

The condo was nice, smaller than expected but fine for 2 people. (There is one bed and two dining table chairs). The "beach chairs" listed were actually old folding chairs in bad shape. The dog walk was incredibly far away. The walkway to the beach and pool were close and convenient. The room was comfortable and clean with all needed kitchen items provided. Good price for us.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised. Clear communication the whole way through with the owners. Pool was a nice touch and option with the surf advisory in affect. Quiet enough for some needed relaxation and close enough to some great places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again!

We had such a great time!! Such a relaxing little getaway. Todd and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the WiFi and TVs were great. We also appreciated the close proximity of the unit to the beach access and pool. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway.

Cozy for my wife and I plus 2 boys and dog. Great view, easy access to beach and heated pool was a hit with the kids! TVs in both rooms are good sized and modern, rest of apartment is functional but a little dated. Had a great stay for New Years!

Pool was warm for two days, then it was freezing-so we left 3 days early. Not enough seating around the pool. We were at two other resorts this season with cooler weather (Gulf Shores and Panama City Beach) both had pools that were significantly warmer than this property. Very small unit. Needed cleaning when we arrived, sandy floor, dirty patio.
