Clean, comfortable and great location! Loved the hot tub, lots of great restaurants nearby and close to downtown. Anastasia State Park is awesome. Host was communicative. Loved our stay!

House was very nice. Could use n some maintenence on the outside landscape. When walking in house barefoot, our feet b got black on the floors. That tells me the floors were very dirty. The rest of the house was very clean and comfortable. The water in the hot tub was very cloudy and it is supposed to be clear.

The entrance has a smart digital key at entrance to home. A pin is supplied but one cannot enter until the exact check in time. Although we knew the exact check in time, we did not realize how strictly it was enforced and stood in the rain trying to figure it out at 3:40 pm. thinking we were doing something wrong. Best if we had known we could not enter until 4 p.m. exactly. Host helped us. Lovely home, great location, quiet street and everything worked!

Location, location, location! The house is very charming and the accommodations were perfect. But the proximity to everywhere including the beaches and downtown was as good as it gets. Would definitely book again if we’re staying in the Saint Augustine area.

A great place to stay, although we never figured out the electrical switches. We would have loved a booklet describing protocol for hot tub, garbage, etc. Very comfortable beds and a good location.

The house was very clean, and was the perfect size for our family. The out door area was enjoyed that evening as well as having morning coffee this morning. The location was perfect being so close to the downtown area of St. Augustine. Coming back to a very comfortable place was amazing. Thank you.

This home was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away.Location couldn’t have been better.Close to the lighthouse and alligator farm but still felt private. Definitely will stay again our next time in St Augustine!

Amazing House with an Amazing Host!

Everything about our stay was amazing from start to finish! The house is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic back porch area complete with a sofa, TV, fan, and Jacuzzi. Even in the June Florida heat, we enjoyed our time outside just as much as indoors.The home itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with three large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was the perfect setup for our group.We were hosting a small BBQ during our stay and, upon inspection the night before, noticed the grill grates were completely rusted. We notified Jonathan, mentioned our backup plan, and suggested he check them after our departure. To our surprise, the next morning Jonathan arrived with a brand-new grill and full propane tank before any of our guests arrived. An absolutely amazing host to match an equally amazing house!I would highly recommend staying here, whether you’re looking for a local staycation or visiting from out of town. It’s super close to the beach and less than a five-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Wonderful home with beautiful backyard in great location! Modern, updated and very clean with off street parking and all the amenities. Walking distance to St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Alligator Farm. Highly recommend. Jonathan was very responsive during our stay.

Amazing all around

We came down for a long weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds... Terrific location for any and everything you want to do in St. Augustine. Close to downtown and the beaches!!

Graduation Stay

Great location, very clean. Only issue was that the microfiber sheets were a little hot and scratchy. Otherwise a very comfy house and we really enjoyed our stay.
