- Matthew's property perfectly suited our needs, including accommodating our dog Romeo. Our son came and stayed for one night and the extra bedroom worked out perfectly. The backyard firepit area was big fun-we grilled steaks and lit a fire and gathered with other family visiting the area. Very shorty walk to the beach and plenty of cool food options close by. We will definitely be back!

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The B side has it's own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - B you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
