"We had a great stay. The cabin and grounds were well maintained and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. "

"The home is very comfortable for 4 adults.It is stocked with just about any essential one would need.Lake has good fishing as there is almost no pressure from other anglers. Not good for swimming however."

"We were looking to get away for a weekend away from the kids and the images on VRBO were so cute, that even though only two nights were available we still decided to make the 5 hour drive from Milwaukee. It was definitely worth it. The weather wasn't perfect, but we really just wanted a cozy, intimate space to get away to, and this place most certainly checked all the boxes. We will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone."

"This is the second time we have stayed on this property and had another fantastic trip. The cabin is clean and well equipped. The location is great. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. We were even able to buy fire wood on the property to make S’mores. The host is very responsive and provides all the information you need. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"We arrived mid afternoon on Saturday 7/12. Check in was seamless, code for entrance was sent the week before. Cabin was spotless up and down. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfy beds. View of the lake from the cabin and deck were perfect! Very well equipped kitchen, with tons of extras. Liz was wonderful to communicate with and very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Very nice, sturdy dock with plenty of room for a 24' pontoon boat. Would give the cabin, and Liz more stars if...

"Great stay at this little gem! Very tidy and comfortable. Had a visit from a friendly doe each evening. Cabin well equipped with everything we needed. Bonsey (dog) loooved surveying his vacation kingdom from the little dock!!"

"This home was perfect for our family, the sand beach and the clear lake was more than one could dream of, it was so nice that even when the rain came we could not get the kids out of the water-talk about making memories-this was the place, Thank you !!"

"This is our sixth summer at the cabin. It has become our happy place - hanging out in the sleeping porch elevated in the trees, reading and napping the lazy days away, going kayaking whenever the mood strikes, and hearing the loons at night. If you want to get away from the pressures of life, this is the cabin for you. We will be back once again next summer."

"We loved this cabin and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so clean and had little extras like super fluffy towels. We especially loved the screen porch. "This was hands down one of our most memorable and enjoyable trips north. The lake was perfect swimming depth for children and the waters were calm, not a lot of wake traffic like the larger lakes in Hayward. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils and appliances, which was important to us to cook our own meals during our stay. Kathleen and Steve were wonderful hosts and great conversation.
